Job summary

Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs, CA is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for per diem shifts. The role involves performing radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures across operating suites, patient rooms, ED, and cardiovascular services.

Ideal candidates are ARRT certified with state licensure, fluoroscopy permit, and prior experience in Cardiac Cath Lab and electrophysiology procedures. Per diem schedule includes days with on-call 3–4 times per month.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited two year school of Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT Certified and state license as Radiologic Technologist.
• Fluoroscopy permit and current BLS/ACLS per requirements.
• Experience in Cardiac Cath Lab and electrophysiology procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures as requested by licensed practitioners.
• Prepare exam setups and maintain radiology equipment and supplies.
• Provide imaging services in Operating Suites, patient rooms, ED and Cardiovascular labs.
• Monitor cases using Hemodynamic systems and document patient data.
