Job summary

Aiken Regional Medical Centers in Aiken, SC is seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech (Reg/Cert) for full-time days. The role supports physicians and technologists in radiologic, hemodynamic, and therapeutic procedures, with duties spanning patient care, equipment prep, and documentation.

A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered. Qualifications include graduating from an accredited CVT/RT/Paramedic/Radiology program and RCIS or equivalent license.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited CVT, RT, paramedic, or radiology program.
• Minimum 1 year of experience; open to new grads.
• RCIS or equivalent license required to be eligible for RCIS exam; BLS, ACLS on hire; radiology techs must be registered.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications in the Cardiovascular Lab under physician supervision.
• Assist in routine procedures per protocol.
• Maintain radiation safety for self and others; operate x-ray equipment.
• Monitor procedures with specialized equipment per protocol.
• Assist physician in emergency responses and patient care.
• Document quality control and maintain supplies and equipment.
