Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice where nursing is provided.
• BSN preferred.
• Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Engages in governance and quality initiatives to improve care processes and apply evidence-based practices.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care with patient/family involvement.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team to influence outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• Adhere to ANA Code of Ethics and provide age-appropriate patient care.
