Job summary

Henry Ford Providence Novi Hospital is seeking a skilled registered nurse for the Cardiac Cath Lab/Unit. The role supports the Cardiology service with patient care coordination, teaching, and documentation, with a focus on compassionate, high-quality outcomes.

The position is part-time, two days per week, daytime shift with on-call requirements. BSN preferred; Michigan RN licensure is required; ACLS/BCLS certification is expected; strong communication and clinical assessment skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; Michigan RN licensure required.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities to plan and evaluate nursing care.
• Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination and delivery of quality patient care.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
• Communicate relevant patient information to the health care team.
• Document care and teaching for patients and families.
• Assist in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and implement them.
