This role emphasizes mentorship, ongoing training, and professional growth within a supportive team. The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited nursing program, holds an RN license in good standing, and may have a BSN.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; RN license required.
• BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in the state where practice occurs or multistate licensure if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates patient care, assessment, education, triage and various other nursing interventions
• Collaborates with physicians to plan, implement and evaluate care
• Empathetically cares for patients during all stages of preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up along the continuum of care
• Demonstrates competency and uses comprehensive nursing expertise
