Jefferson Regional Main Hospital in Pine Bluff, AR is seeking a Cardiovascular RN for the Cardiac Cath Lab. The role is full-time, weekday days with on-call obligations.

You will provide expert nursing care in procedural labs, coordinate care with the medical team, and support staff in delivering high-quality patient care. The position requires AR RN licensure, BLS/CPR at hire, ACLS/PALS within 1 year, and experience in perioperative or cath lab settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Arkansas RN Licensure required.
• BLS/CPR required on hire; ACLS and PALS within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for patients in the Cardiac Cath Lab and IVR, ensuring quality and safety.
• Delegate duties appropriately and direct staff in care delivery; manage resources effectively.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain effective communication to resolve problems and ensure patient safety.
