You will administer conscious sedation, manage airway, educate patients and families, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with the healthcare team to promote safety, quality care, and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; Bachelor's preferred
• Minimum 2 years bedside experience, including critical care, ED, or cardiac cath
• Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment and live within 30 minutes of the hospital for call duties
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Experience with patient education, safety protocols, and interdisciplinary teamwork
• Accepts ADN/BSN/MSN candidates
