Job summary

Kent Hospital in Warwick, Rhode Island, part of Care New England, is seeking a full-time, board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its Cardiac Catheterization team.

Responsibilities include pre-procedure assessments, intra-procedure support, and post-procedure management with invasive/interventional physicians; EPIC EMR is used across the system, with access to Care New England’s network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Certified by NCCPA or ANCC or AANPCB.
• Active Rhode Island PA license, CSR, and DEA license or eligible.
• 2 years of relative APP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pre-procedure assessments.
• Intra-procedure assistance.
• Post-procedure management with invasive/interventional physicians.
• EPIC EMR usage across the health system.
