Job summary

Provident Behavioral Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide specialized care for patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures in the Cardiac Cath Lab.

You will conduct pre-, intra-, and post-procedure assessments, monitor hemodynamics, administer medications, respond to emergencies, and collaborate with cardiologists and interdisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care in a community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and current, unrestricted registration.
• Experience or knowledge in cardiac care and procedures.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking and emergency response abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cardiology teams and other clinicians.
• Excellent patient education and clear communication with patients and families.
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care to patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.
• Conduct pre-, intra-, and post-procedure assessments and monitoring.
• Administer medications and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Circulate and scrub during procedures as required.
• Interpret hemodynamic data to inform patient care.
• Collaborate with cardiologists and interdisciplinary teams to plan and execute care.
