The Lead Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist at HCA Healthcare oversees lifesaving, hands-on patient care while mentoring and coaching the Cath Lab team at TriStar Centennial Medical Center.

This role uses advanced technology to drive best practices and ensure a safe, sterile environment, emphasizing teamwork, education, and high-quality patient outcomes.

Competenze

• ACLS and BCLS certifications required or must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• RN, ARRTR, or RCIS credentials must be obtained within 1 year of start date.
• Relevant degree or certificate in cardiac cath lab or vascular imaging is required.

Job Summary And Qualifications

As the Lead Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist at HCA Healthcare, you’ll be more than an expert in the lab—you’ll be the guide who sets the standard for excellence. In this role, you’ll balance lifesaving, hands‑on patient care with the responsibility of mentoring, coaching, and empowering your team. Your influence will extend beyond each procedure, shaping the growth of your colleagues and the future of our Cath Lab.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading by example during complex cardiac and vascular procedures, ensuring precision, safety, and compassionate care
• Coaching, mentoring, and precepting team members to build confidence, skill, and alignment with best practices
• Overseeing workflow, troubleshooting equipment, and maintaining a safe, sterile, and fully prepared environment
• Advocating for patients and families throughout the care journey, providing guidance, education, and reassurance
• Driving team success by supporting hiring, onboarding, and communication of new practices and standards

What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree, or Certificate
• (RN) Registered Nurse, or (ARRT‑R) Radiography, or (RCIS) Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date
