Job summary

Tenet-AZ Region in Tucson, AZ seeks an Interventional Radiology Technologist to join the Cardiac Cath Lab team. This full-time role is 40 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts, and per hour compensation of $31–$39.

You will perform radiographic procedures, assist physicians, and uphold radiation safety and patient care standards. The ideal candidate has ARRT-CRT licensure, ACLS and BLS, 1 year radiology experience, and preferably RCIS.

Qualifications

• Requires ARRT-CRT licensure.
• ACLS within 1 year of employment; BLS required.
• 1 year of Radiology Technologist experience.
• RCIS (preferred)
• Cardiac Cath Lab or interventional radiology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures with radiation safety practices.
• Assist physicians in Cardiac Cath Lab procedures.
• Greet patient, explain procedures and post-care.
• Check accuracy of exam orders and patient data.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and departmental documentation.
• Organize work to meet deadlines and ensure equipment readiness.
