Required Skills/Experience:Teaching hospital experience is required.Community hospital experience is required.
Preferred Skills/Experience:Rhythm interpretation preferred.Coil embolization preferred.
Required Credentials:If you have RCIS, state license is not required.Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
Special Requests:RTO must be listed at time of submission.All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 yearsYou must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Unit Details:Adult and geriatric patient population.The unit performs all diagnostic procedures, PCI (stents, balloon angioplasty, laser, rota, Impella, IABP, CTO), structural heart procedures (TAVR, balloon valvuloplasty, Watchman), and electrophysiology procedures (EPS, AFib/flutter ablations, BIV and pacemaker implants).
Shift & Scheduling:Call required: 1 call per week/1 weekend every 5-6 weekend.
5 days maximum time off
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
