Job summary

Atlas-Healthcare-Partners-LLC is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement and document nursing care in accordance with organizational policies and professional standards. You will ensure high-quality nursing services while supervising care provided by others under your direction.

The role emphasizes comprehensive patient assessment, care planning including discharge planning, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or Diploma in Nursing is required.
• Current, valid RN license in state of practice, temporary RN license in state of practice, or compact RN licensure for current state of practice.
• BLS and ACLS Certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs across physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental and cultural domains.
• Formulate and implement a care plan including discharge planning in collaboration with patient/family and health team.
• Coordinate and supervise care activities, ensuring policy and standards are followed.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust plans as needed in collaboration with the team.
• Document care and communicate status to caregivers for continuity of care.
• Promote evidence-based practice and participate in education/mentoring of staff.
• Administer medications/IV conscious sedation under physician direction.
• Record hemodynamic measurements and other clinical data.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
