Vetted Solutions is seeking an Inpatient Registered Nurse to deliver comprehensive patient care in a hospital setting. You will perform assessments, administer treatments and medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and evaluate care plans focusing on patient safety and comfort.

This role offers shift coverage from 7pm to 7:30am, with weekends and holidays, and emphasizes professional growth, mentorship, and involvement in safety and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Nursing Specialty Training Program.
• Preferred cardiac experience with a strong interest in Cardiac, Thoracic, and Vascular Surgical Care.
• Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct care, perform assessments, administer treatments and medications, and participate in diagnostic procedures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and evaluate care plans and ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Coordinate discharge planning, delegate tasks, troubleshoot equipment, and participate in quality and safety initiatives.
• Support unit goals and promote evidence-based practice and teamwork.
