Job summary

Tenet Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Goodyear, AZ. You will provide individualized patient care under supervision, assisting nurses with delegated tasks and participating in shift and bedside reports.

You’ll rely on guidelines to perform duties, work under supervision, and support unit initiatives. CPR certification is required, and EKG training is a plus. High School Diploma or CNA/PCA certificate is necessary.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or CNA/PCA/PCT certificate.
• EKG training in selected units.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, culture-specific patient care under RN supervision.
• Assist the professional/licensed nurse with tasks requiring less technical skills.
• Participate in shift and bedside reports.
• Support regional, facility, department, and unit initiatives.
