Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking a Staff Nurse to coordinate delivery of quality care for patients from birth through the lifecycle and address shift needs. You will provide clinical care as required and communicate patient care, department issues, and staff concerns to the appropriate leader.

Education: graduate of an accredited nursing program; Licensure: Active GA RN or multi-state; Certifications: BLS and ACLS; Experience: 1–2 years in Diagnostic Cardiology, Cath Lab, IR, or ED.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school
• Active Georgia RN license (or multi-state compact)
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• 1-2 years of experience in Diagnostic Cardiology, Cardiac Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, or ED

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care activities of all assigned staff in the provision of quality nursing care
• Provide nursing care to patients using nursing processes to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care
• Communicate patient care, departmental issues, and staff concerns to the appropriate leader(s)
