Job summary

AlignMed Partners is hiring a Cardiac Care Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to float among Fairmont, Morgantown, and Grafton, WV. This full-time role emphasizes cardiovascular care for nursing center residents, with no weekend on-call requirements and a base salary of $110,000–$125,000 plus a capless incentive program.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as an advanced practice provider in Cardiology (NP/PA).
• Nurse Practitioner: licensed, MSN, certified as NP with state licensure. PA: ARC PA program graduate, PA-C, NCCPA certified, PA licensure in applicable states.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Area Clinical Practice Manager and Nursing Director to align center goals.
• Provide cardiovascular care and consultation to residents and medical teams.
• Educate center staff on cardiovascular care pathways and follow cardiovascular care guidelines.
• Coordinate transitions of care and ensure continuity from hospital to home.
