OU Health is seeking an APP Manager to lead Advanced Practice Providers across inpatient and outpatient settings. The role combines clinical care with leadership in onboarding, credentialing, and program development under OU Health’s mission.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years as an APP, board-eligible or –certified, with licensure in Oklahoma. The manager will collaborate with physician leaders and operational teams to drive high-quality care and continuous improvement.

Competenze

• Three+ years as an Advanced Practice Provider.
• Graduate of accredited APRN or PA program.
• Valid BLS and ACLS; prescriptive authority within onboarding timeline.
• Eligible for Oklahoma APRN/PA licenses.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with physicians and leaders on strategic vision for assigned specialty areas.
• Lead onboarding, credentialing, transition-to-practice programs for APPs.
• Oversee FPPE/OPPE requirements including proctoring.
• Manage APP scheduling and attendance with practice teams.
• Support CME opportunities for APPs and ongoing education.
• Provide direct patient care within scope in inpatient/outpatient settings.
