Job summary

Ascension St. Vincent Heart Center of Indiana seeks a BC/BE adult cardiac anesthesiologist to join a 100% cardiothoracic practice in the Midwest. The role supports cardiac, thoracic, and EP services at two suburban hospitals with a growing transplant/LVAD program.

Employed within a nonprofit health system, the successful candidate will have fellowship training in Cardiac Anesthesia and Indiana licensure eligibility. Call coverage is 1:12 and can be taken from home with post-call off.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiac Anesthesia.
• MD/DO credentialed by Indiana Medical Licensing Board prior to hire or transfer date.
• Fellowship training in Cardiac Anesthesia preferred.

Responsibilities

• Join an established team of 12 physicians.
• Provide comprehensive anesthetic care for cardiac, thoracic and EP services at two hospitals.
• Support growing transplant/LVAD program.
• Call structure 1:12, call from home with post-call off.
• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based patient care.
