Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school (ECFMG certification accepted).
• Board Certified in Anesthesiology with extensive cardiac anesthesia experience.
• Fellowship training in Adult Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology strongly preferred (required for recent graduates).
• Proficiency in TEE and intraoperative echocardiography.
• Active or eligible for unrestricted Texas medical license.
• H1-B visa candidates are welcome and supported.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for complex cardiothoracic and structural heart procedures (CABG, valve repairs/replacements, TAVR, thoracotomies, VATS, robotic lung resections, endovascular cases).
• Support busy cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology labs.
• Collaborate with cardiothoracic surgeons, interventional cardiologists and electrophysiologists in a team-based culture.
• Deliver state-of-the-art perioperative care using advanced imaging technologies.
