Health Wealth Safe, Inc. is seeking a Rehab Specialist to design and deliver individualized exercise, education, and lifestyle programs for patients in cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation.

You will assess patient history, symptoms, vital signs, ECGs, and functional capacity, develop personalized treatment plans, support inpatient mobility, document progress, and contribute to safety and quality initiatives.
