Job summary

Applied Technical Services, based in Santa Fe Springs, CA, seeks Carded Industrial Radiographers to support its Santa Fe Springs office. Open to RT Assistants, Level I and II RT Techs with IRRSP/State Safety completed. Local candidates or relocation required.

Pay ranges from $25 to $34 per hour depending on certs held. Gamma Radiography experience is required; IRRSP certification or state radiographer card is also needed.

Qualifications

• Gamma Radiography experience is required. At a minimum, candidates should also possess an IRRSP certification and/or a state radiographer card.
• RT Assistants must have IRRSP/State safety completed and a high school diploma or equivalent; data entry and report writing skills.
• Level I & II Radiographers must provide documentation of education, training, and experience in the applicable NDT method(s) and communicate with departments and clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform RT examinations of materials in accordance with procedures, codes, standards, and specifications.
• Set up and utilize NDT Testing Equipment for Radiographic Inspections.
• Interface with department managers and clients to determine scope of work and work priorities in order to meet customer expectations.
• Document on job training experience as assigned by management.
• Actively participate in ATS and Client Safety Programs.
