Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is hiring full-time Production Associates and Forklift Operators for a cardboard box and corrugated packaging facility in Washington, PA. These are direct-hire, long-term roles with benefits upon hire and monthly production bonuses.

Candidates with manufacturing, warehouse, forklift, or machine operation experience are encouraged to apply; you will operate forklifts, assist die-cutting equipment, and help maintain quality and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous production/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift operating experience preferred.
• Ability to accurately use a tape measure.
• Experience around machinery or manufacturing equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation required.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a production team.
• Must wear PPE including steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, earplugs/hearing protection.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
• Assist machine operators with die-cutting machines and corrugated box production equipment.
• Measure materials and products accurately using a tape measure.
• Assist with production, packaging, material handling, and machine operation tasks.
• Load, move, stage, and organize materials as needed.
• Monitor production processes and help maintain quality standards.
• Perform additional manufacturing and production duties as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
