Accupac in Mainland, PA is hiring a Cardboard Handler to support warehouse operations. You will safely operate baler equipment, process scrap cardboard, and prepare baled bundles while maintaining a clean production area. This hands-on role suits someone who values safety and physical work.

The position offers competitive pay and benefits, with a shift schedule of 2nd shift (Wednesday-Sunday, 3pm-11pm). Prior manufacturing experience is preferred and a high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • At least 2 years of manufacturing/industrial experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilités

  • Operate baler equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Load and process scrap cardboard into the baler machine.
  • Create and remove baled bundles of cardboard.
  • Identify reusable boxes and stack, band, and prepare for shipment.
  • Support housekeeping and cleanliness across production areas.
  • Follow safety procedures and report any concerns to supervisors.
  • Perform all duties in compliance with GMP and SOPs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.
