Responsibilities

• Prepare, supply, and operate production machines dedicated to secure card personalization or mailing services.
• Retrieve daily work files from workstations to facilitate the day’s production objectives.
• Coordinate material delivery to workstations, focusing on resource allocation to meet shift targets.
• Monitor inventory levels for envelopes, inserts, and blank paper; notify manager if stock is low.
• Inspect produced materials to meet organizational quality standards.
• Perform data entry in Microsoft Excel to maintain production records.
• Report operational concerns to the Operations Manager for the HSA department.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment to promote efficiency.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
