Choice Financial Group is seeking a Card Network Operations Specialist III to own the day-to-day health of debit card programs in the United States, partnering with Visa/Mastercard, BaaS partners, processors, and internal stakeholders.

You will lead investigations, interpret network rules, assess risk, and drive improvements while collaborating with teams and supporting audits. Some travel may be required to align with business needs.

Qualifikationen

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience handling complex card network issues or escalations.
• Ability to independently interpret Visa and Mastercard rules and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience with increasing responsibility.

• Lead investigation and resolution of complex card network issues, including BaaS-related matters.
• Interpret and apply Visa and Mastercard rules, regulatory guidance, and processor requirements to non-standard scenarios.
• Assess operational, compliance, or settlement risk and propose mitigations.
• Proactively partner with BaaS programs and processors to ensure reliable, efficient programs.
• Identify trends and emerging risks, escalate concerns, and recommend preventive improvements.
• Perform secondary quality reviews and validation activities as assigned.
• Support audits, examinations, and internal reviews with documentation and analysis.
• Contribute to onboarding, peer training, and knowledge sharing through process walkthroughs.
