Qualifications

• A 2-year technical degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate wash machines (Crest, Novatec, EcoClean) for carbide inserts.
• Visually determine readiness of inserts for washing.
• Load/unload inserts onto racks and baskets per insert style.
• Determine if inserts are clean to proceed to next operation.
• Monitor washer during operation.
• Scan correct information and record results on route card.
• Perform preventive maintenance.
• Serve as back-up for Electropolish machine.
