Bill Dodge Auto Group is seeking a dependable team member for hands-on vehicle detailing and showroom support. The role involves washing exteriors, cleaning interiors, and helping keep both Service and Sales departments moving.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and a willingness to assist across departments as needed. Prior automotive exposure is a plus, and a valid license is required.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour

If you’re looking for a hands-on position where no two days are exactly the same and your work helps keep our Service and Sales teams moving, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Wash vehicle exteriors, including windows, tires, wheels, and mirrors
• Vacuum vehicle interiors and remove dirt and debris
• Clean dashboards, consoles, door jambs, windows, mirrors, and other interior surfaces
• Help maintain clean and organized Service Department areas
• Maintain and assist with our fleet of loaner vehicles
• Assist Service Technicians with support tasks as needed
• Support the Sales Department with new and pre-owned vehicle deliveries
• Help maintain shop equipment and keep up with routine maintenance
• Pitch in wherever needed to help keep dealership operations running smoothly

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to drive a manual transmission
