Responsibilities

• Welcome Station and Sales: provide friendly customer service and assist with member sign-ups and account changes.
• Wash Station Service: follow safety procedures, identify preexisting conditions, operate wash equipment safely, report issues.
• Convenience Station: engage customers, manage member accounts (cancellations/changes), stock centers, maintain cleanliness.
• General Duties: open/close duties, clean tunnel, prepare towels and materials for daily ops.
