Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking an Associate to start on the lot, in the tunnel, and at the vacuum station. You will guide guests through the wash experience, keep the site running smoothly, and contribute to a positive day for customers.

The role emphasizes physical work, teamwork, and providing great service; no prior experience is required, as a 60-day certification program prepares you from day one. Base pay ranges from $12.00 to $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at Welcome Station.
• Support sales and membership growth through guided assistance.
• Assist with sign-ups, changes, and account management.
• Follow pricing and discounts policies.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean wash area.
• Assist with vehicle preparation and identify preexisting conditions.
• Operate wash equipment safely and communicate issues to team.
• Engage with customers to ensure a positive experience and boost Google reviews.
• Manage member accounts, including cancellations and plan changes.
• Stock and organize detail centers; maintain inventory accuracy.
• Perform general site upkeep and litter removal.
• Open and close duties; ensure smooth operations.
• Clean and maintain the tunnel for safety and efficiency.
