Responsibilities

• Welcome Station and Sales Performance: provide excellent customer service and assist with member sign-ups and account management.
• Wash Station Service: operate wash equipment safely and maintain a clean workspace.
• Convenience Station: engage with customers and manage member accounts including cancellations and plan changes.
• General Duties: open/close responsibilities, keep areas clean, and support daily operations.
