Responsibilities

• Welcome station and sales: provide excellent customer service with a friendly attitude.
• Support sales and membership growth through consistent processes and guidance.
• Assist with member sign-ups, changes, and account management.
• Follow pricing and discount policies.
• Wash station service: follow safety procedures and keep a clean, organized area.
• Assist with vehicle preparation, identifying preexisting conditions.
• Operate wash equipment safely and efficiently.
• Communicate with team and management about operational issues.
• Engage customers to ensure a positive experience and encourage Google reviews.
• Manage member accounts, including cancellations and plan changes.
• Stock and organize detail centers to maintain accessibility and inventory accuracy.
• Empty trash cans regularly and keep work areas clean.
• Maintain vacuum stations by checking for clogs and emptying canisters.
• Perform site upkeep such as trash pickup and weed removal for a clean, safe environment.
• Maintain professional conduct and uniform standards.
• Perform opening and closing duties for smooth operations.
• Clean and maintain the tunnel for safety and efficiency.
• Prepare towels and other materials to support daily operations.
