Responsibilities

• Welcome Station and Sales Performance: provide excellent customer service, assist with member sign-ups and account management.
• Wash Station Service: follow safety procedures, prepare vehicles, operate wash equipment safely.
• Convenience Station: engage with customers, manage member accounts including plan changes and cancellations.
• General Duties: open/close duties, clean tunnel, prep towels, maintain a safe, clean work environment.
