Nouria Energy is hiring for a Car Wash Team Member in Nashua, NH. This full-time role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting daily operations at a high-volume car wash.

You will interact with customers, assist with sales and memberships, maintain a clean and safe site, and help optimize throughput to reduce wait times. The position requires flexibility, including weekends, and offers growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Age: at least 16 years old.
• Education: read, write and perform arithmetic at an eighth-grade level.
• Availability: flexible, including evenings, weekends and holidays; at least one weekend day required.
• Adaptability: remain calm and follow policies during emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Recite standard greetings using an on-site electronic tablet and assist with sales initiatives and membership growth strategies.
• Help ensure the facility, equipment, and grounds are clean, safe, and fully operational at all times.
• Support efforts to optimize vehicle throughput to minimize wait times and enhance the customer experience.
• Follow all safety procedures and regulatory compliance standards.
• Perform general housekeeping and monitor inventory levels to assist with restocking chemicals and supplies.
