This position offers the opportunity to continue growing your skills while advancing your career within the organization.What You’ll Do:A day in this role may include:Customer Interaction: Provide best-in-class customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.Sales Support: Recite standard customer service greetings using an on-site electronic tablet and assist with executing sales initiatives and membership growth strategies.Site Maintenance: Help ensure the facility, equipment, and grounds are clean, safe, and fully operational at all times.Workflow Optimization: Support efforts to optimize vehicle throughput to minimize wait times and enhance the customer experience.Safety & Compliance: Follow all company safety procedures and regulatory compliance standards.Operational Support: Perform general housekeeping duties and monitor inventory levels to assist with restocking chemicals and supplies.Core CompetenciesCustomer-Centric MindsetResults-Driven ExecutionSafety & Operational ComplianceEffective Communication (Verbal and Written)RequirementsAge: At least 16 years of age.Education: Read, write, and perform arithmetic calculations (such as making change) at an eighth-grade level.Availability: Flexible availability to cover shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
