Job summary

Dilworth Car Wash in Charlotte, NC is seeking entry-level Team Members for a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will work across the business, from cashier to detailer, with opportunities for advancement as you prove hustle and kindness.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position with on-the-job training.

An entry-level, fast paced, multi-tasking, customer-focused opportunity.
Team Members work across the business, from cashier to detailer. While not necessary, many of our successful applicants have prior car wash experience and are eager to work with what is widely known as one of Charlotte's best car washes (see Charlotte Magazine's 2023 BOB Award).
Friendliness and work ethic are extremely important characteristics for us. All Team Member must constantly exhibit both. Frankly, we can (and are happy to) teach everything else, but demand hustle and kindness at all times.
Compensation is above average with immediately-available bonus incentive programs (paid monthly).
We eagerly promote from within and hope Team Members become Assistant Managers, Store Managers, and Regional Managers.
