GO Car Wash is looking for a Team Lead to support daily car wash operations at our Winchester site. You will assist site managers, lead a team, and ensure safety standards while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months of relevant customer service or sales experience.
• Car wash experience preferred, though not required.

Responsibilities

• Help site managers with daily operations of the car wash.
• Ensure inventory, equipment, site, service and safety standards are met to deliver a consistent experience.
• Hire, train, and coach Teammates and lead by example.
