Job summary

MOJO Family of Brands is seeking a motivated Car Wash Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Kentucky facility. You will lead a team of attendants, ensure high-quality car wash service, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities include training staff, inspecting vehicles, managing supplies, and generating routine reports for management. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Attention to detail and quality control.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of car wash attendants and ensure policy adherence and customer service.
• Train new staff on washing techniques, service, and safety.
• Inspect vehicles before/after washing for quality control.
• Manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory.
• Keep facility clean, organized, and safe for staff and customers.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.
• Perform other duties as needed by supervisor/manager.
