Summit Wash Holdings is seeking a supervisor for Waters Car Wash in DeLand, FL. The role oversees Advisors, Operators, and Attendants to deliver excellent guest service and drive results in an outdoor setting.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of supervisory experience, strong communication skills (bilingual a plus), and basic computer abilities, with a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction. The position requires 40-hour weeks, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 16 years of age or older
• 40 Hour Work Week (Including Evenings and Weekends)
• 1+ years of successful supervisory experience
• Highly developed communication skills – bilingual a plus!
• Carwash experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Participate in nationwide and regional sales initiatives
• Be the face of the organization and provide an exceptional customer service experience
• Maintain a safe and clean work area; keep alert for potential hazards
• Conduct sales to drive revenue and increase profitability
• Resolve all customer and membership issues in a timely manner
• Escalate concerns to Management and Human Resources when appropriate
• Offer training to employees that are not meeting our standard
• Provide all the tools needed for new employees to be successful
