Job summary

Swifty Car Wash in Georgia is seeking a motivated Car Wash Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our busy facility and ensure customers receive top-quality service.

You will supervise attendants, train staff, inspect vehicles, manage supplies, maintain a safe, clean site, and produce daily to monthly reports for management. Weekend and holiday hours required. We offer up to $16 per hour, full-time benefits after waiting period, paid time off, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of car wash attendants, ensuring that they are following company policies and procedures, and providing exceptional customer service
• Train new staff members on car washing techniques, customer service, and safety protocols
• Inspect vehicles before and after washing to ensure quality control
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and safe for both staff and customers
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management
• Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by the supervisor/manager to meet business needs.
