Express Wash Concepts LLC is hiring a Site Manager for our Pittsburgh location. You will lead customer service efforts, drive sales, and maintain site operations to deliver fast, eco-friendly car wash services and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing or operations role.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience with de-escalation and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a customer service culture at the site.
• Lead and motivate employees; achieve sales goals and maintain site performance.
• Manage scheduling, labor budgets, and onboarding of new team members.
• Oversee inventory and orders; ensure equipment and facilities meet quality standards.
• Perform regular team performance reviews and ensure policy alignment.
