Some college preferred.* Three+ years of retail experience, with at least one year in a management role. Candidates with supervisory or assistant manager experience from a Big box environment or auto industry, car wash or lube store are encouraged to apply.For this position, an unexpired Driver’s License is required. Additionally, a motor vehicle record check “MVR” will be run on the successful candidate post-offer.**PHYSICAL DEMANDS:**In performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to stand and walk throughout the workday; use of hands; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stop, crouch, and kneel. The employee must be able to work in damp and humid conditions. The employee must be able to work in outdoor variable weather conditions. The employee may have to lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs on a regular basis and occasionally up to 50lbs.**WORKING ENVIRONMENT:**The incumbent must be able to perform this job safely in accordance with standard operating procedures without endangering the health or safety of self or others.This position works in a typical outdoor car wash environment. The noise level is usually moderate but can be excessively loud with hearing protection required (along with other PPE).
