Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a Site Manager for our Chicago Ridge car wash location. The role requires leading a team, supervising daily operations, and ensuring service quality while maintaining profitability.

The ideal candidate has retail management experience, strong leadership, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction at a dynamic site. This is a full-time role based at the Chicago Ridge location with opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Three+ years of retail experience, including at least one year in a management role.
• Candidates with supervisory or assistant manager experience from a Big box environment or auto industry, car wash or lube store encouraged to apply.
• Unexpired Driver’s License required; MVR will be run post-offer.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new employees, train and coach staff, schedule shifts with adherence to overtime policies.
• Grow sales volume and site profitability; manage operating P&L metrics and pricing impact.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve inquiries or incidents promptly.
• Enforce approved safety procedures and vehicle damage claim processes.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

The employee may have to lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs on a regular basis and occasionally up to 50lbs.**WORKING ENVIRONMENT:**The incumbent must be able to perform this job safely in accordance with standard operating procedures without endangering the health or safety of self or others.This position works in a typical outdoor car wash environment. The noise level is usually moderate but can be excessively loud with hearing protection required (along with other PPE).
