Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a store leader for Tunnel Wash BU at Ridgeland Ave, Chicago Ridge. You will recruit, onboard, train, and coach staff; schedule shifts; and drive sales with strong operational discipline.

You’ll manage customer service, safety, and vehicle-damage claims while ensuring profitability and adherence to policies in a typical outdoor car wash environment. The role demands a proven retail management background.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Three+ years of retail experience with at least one year in a management role.
• Supervisory or assistant manager experience in Big box or auto industry, car wash or lube store encouraged.
• Unexpired Driver’s License required; MVR check post-offer.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new employees, train and coach staff.
• Schedule shifts and manage overtime adherence and engagement.
• Grow sales volume and site profitability; manage P&L metrics.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of inquiries and incidents.
• Enforce safety procedures and vehicle damage claim procedures.
