Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent communication skills including active listening.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to work weekends.
• Able to demonstrate responsibility while Site Manager is off site.
• Enforces all safety policies.
• Understands the functions of all chemical room equipment.
• Assist your Site Manager with tunnel and chemical room equipment repairs.
• Able to clean out solenoids.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service and greet customers.
• Explain wash options and answer questions.
• Report inquiries and incidents in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot basic DRBXPT issues per DRB protocol.
• Attend PM training and complete 5 Day PM.
• Work with punctuality and dress code.
• Carry out car wash attendant duties as assigned.
