Job summary

LUV Car Wash is seeking a Shift Supervisor to guide guests and vehicles onto the car wash conveyor, discuss and promote membership options, and supervise daily duties while maintaining a safe, clean environment for all customers. The role reports to the General Manager and requires reliable attendance and punctuality, plus the ability to move equipment and lift at least 30 pounds.

Open/Close operations daily, monitor self-service kiosks, and ensure policies are followed.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or service environment preferred.
• Ability to discuss and promote membership options.
• Must maintain safety standards and follow policies.

Responsibilities

• Direct guests and vehicles onto the car wash conveyor.
• Open and close operations daily.
