Formación

• 6 months to 1 year of retail and management work experience preferred.
• Three+ years of retail experience with at least one year in a supervisory/management role.
• Candidates with supervisory experience from a Big Box environment or auto industry are encouraged to apply.

• Function as the manager in charge when Site Manager is unavailable.
• Effectively provide training to new hires.
• Create an effective schedule and supervise teammates.
