Job summary

Summit Wash Holdings is seeking energetic team members for outdoor car wash duties at our Milford location. You will interact with guests, explain wash plans, process payments, and help maintain a safe, efficient work area. The role includes earning commissions and benefits while delivering friendly service.

The position requires working evenings and weekends, being able to lift, stand long hours, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. A positive, team-oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 40 Hour Work Week (Including Evenings and Weekends)
• Basic Computer Skills
• Highly developed communication skills – bilingual a plus!
• Carwash experience preferred
• 8th Grade Proficiency or Above

Responsibilities

• Consistently meets sales and quality metrics
• A keen eye for detail
• Answer questions regarding car wash services and plans
• Process payment transactions
• Maintain a safe and clean work area; keep alert for potential hazards
• Other duties as assigned
