Qualifications

• Must be able to work without their cell phone while on shift.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must show up on time and adhere to attendance policy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Prior customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be at least 17 years old.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Work collaboratively with team members during peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests using Hang10 standards of customer excellence.
• Drive sales of monthly memberships at pay stations.
• Guide vehicles onto the conveyor using hand signals.
• Engage customers in the vacuum lot and assist with signups.
• Gather towels, wash, fold, and restock for customers.
• Maintain clean and safe wash areas and equipment.
• Assist with dog wash stations and tunnel area at night.
• Support operations during peak hours.
