and closing procedures, staffing, scheduling, and daily assignments.* Ensure company policies, procedures, and operational standards are followed.* Identify and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.* Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment needs.* Partner with maintenance and support teams to address equipment and facility issues.### Guest Experience* Set the standard for exceptional **customer service and guest service**.* Handle escalated customer concerns and work to resolve issues professionally.* Build strong relationships with guests and the local community.*
